Arrival times and departures
- Check in: between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM
- Check out: 11.00 am
General terms and conditions
- To finalize your reservation, you can pay the invoice we send after confirmation directly on your booking page
- Minimum stay of 2 nights
- Passport identification is required
- Completing the registration form of all guests staying is mandatory
- The accommodation is accessible 24 hours a day
- Prices may fluctuate, be adjusted. Prices are incl. VAT and tourist tax
Reservations
To make a reservation, click on the desired date on the calendar. You will receive a message from us within 24 hours.
A booking is only final when you have received a confirmation from us. If you want a quicker answer, please call +31(0)651990600.
Cancellation policy
Full refund
Free cancellation within 48 hours after booking confirmation provided that this is at least 14 days before your arrival.
Partial refund
If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before arrival, you will be refunded 50% of all nights.
Cleaning fees are refunded if you cancel before arrival.
House rules
When you stay in our home we expect you to treat it with care and respect.
- No parties or family reunions are allowed and visits are only allowed after consultation
- Pets are not allowed
- Gourmet and fondue not allowed BBQ in consultation
- The accommodation can only be booked by guests aged 25 and over
- No drugs may be used
- Drunkenness will not be tolerated
- Open fires are not allowed
- Emergency instructions must be followed
- Ronda Holidays is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of guests' property
- Staying and using the facilities in the house is at your own risk
